Welcome!

I am a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts with specialized training and over 10 years of experience assessing and treating anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and related disorders in adults. I use evidence-based approaches – that is, assessment and treatment methods shown through research to be effective for my areas of specialization. Alongside my private practice, I am a staff psychologist at the MGH Center for OCD and Related Disorders, Assistant Director of the MGH Center for Digital Mental Health, and an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. In these roles, I conduct research related to improving the assessment and treatment of body dysmorphic disorder, OCD, and related disorders and I supervise advanced doctoral and postdoctoral trainees in their adult psychotherapy cases.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me for more information about my practice, or to find out if I may be a good fit to work with you.  I will likely suggest a 15 minute no-cost phone consultation as a first step. I look forward to hearing from you!
